Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email confirmation and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
